The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Technogenic Safety" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.3438) determines basic principles of technogenic safety and governmental regulation of technogenically dangerous objects, including licensing, state examination, auditing, civil responsibility insurance, assessment of technogenic safety conditions.

The Bill determines obligations of the economic entities and citizens as to technogenic safety provision, principles of legal responsibility in this field, etc.
